New machines for new depot

UK based rental company Prolift Access has taken delivery of 12 Skyjack scissor lifts for its new depot in Bristol.

The delivery of six 19ft SJ3219s and six 26ft SJ3226 electric scissor lifts is the first part of an order with Skyjack worth £1.7 million. The company has also placed further orders with Niftylift, Genie, JLG and Haulotte worth £1.5 million.

Set to open at the beginning of next month, the new depot will provide a range of aerial work platforms and telehandlers in Bristol as well as for Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and South Wales.

Prolift managing director Andy Pearson said: "We are delighted to be opening our Bristol location and this will be our fourth depot in the South West. Our team at Prolift have all worked very hard on maintaining service levels as we grow and I am very proud of their achievements."
