IPS to open in France

Independent Parts and Service (IPS) the Telford, UK based parts and service provider, has announced a further expansion to its business with the opening of IPS France on March first .

The French operation will be managed by managing director, Frédéric Allier who was previously technical manager at Zooom, France, a member of the Lavendon group.

IPS France will be providing technical support and next day delivery on a wide range of replacement parts for most brands of aerial lifts.

The move into France follows the company’s expansion into the Australian market in 2005.

IPS managing director, Tony Jennings commented “We are extremely pleased to have opened our French Operation ahead of schedule and to have Frederic join the IPS Group. His industry and local experience can only add to our capabilities as a group.”

The new business will kick of with a booth at the French rental association’s congress on 23rd & 24th March 2006 at the Palais Des Congres De Bordeaux
