Finnish rental company Narma Group

The Niftylift dealer in Finland Konetalo Bau-Met has delivered the first 86ft Niftylift HR28 4x4 Hybrid boom lift to arrive in Finland to rental company Narma. The purchase is part of a deal that was signed at the Maxpo Fair in September.

The order includes an additional three HR28 Hybrids, scheduled for delivery in March, it follows on from an earlier order from the company for a straight diesel 4x4 HR28 and a similarly equipped 62ft HR21 4x4.

The compact HR28 is substantially lighter than other 86 ft articulated booms, and yet boasts a class leading working envelope, along with a 280kg/three man unrestricted platform capacity

Jim Craddock of Niftylift said: “This sale should help to kick start the interest and market awareness in Finland for the complete Niftylift Hybrid product range, which now extends from the 43ft HR15 to 86ft HR28, along with our extensive range of battery electric self-propelled machines, which is an expanding market sector”.

Narma managing director Esa Narmala said: “The HR28 is a genuine diesel-battery hybrid machine, making it very suitable for renting.”
