IPS signs deal with EPW

Independent Parts and Service (IPS) the UK based parts and service supplier, has signed a distribution agreement with Equipment Parts Wholesale of Fresno California a distributor of OEM parts established in 2001 by Jim Tolle and a sister company of MEC scissors and telehandlers.

EPW has until now sold parts ad hoc into Europe, but hopes to step up its sales in the region through this development with IPS which now has outlets in France and Australia as well as the UK.

Rick Mustillo, Business Development Director at IPS, said “this is an extremely positive move for IPS. The partnership has considerable synergistic benefits and will allow us to have a closer working relationship”.

IPS began trading in November 2001, providing a single channel for aerial lift parts. It recently moved to a purpose built service and distribution centre in Telford, Shropshire, and has offices in France and Australia; it has signed distribution deals with brands such as Trombetta, US Energy and Deutz.
