GSR to unveil new 28m at Platformers days

GSR the Italian truck mounted lift producer will launch its new 27.7 metre platform height up and over truck mounted boom lift at Platformers days, in Germany, at the end of August.

The new model the 290PX , offers up to 28.7m working height with a Sigma style “Pantel-Extra” boom giving over 11 metres up and over reach and over 15 metres of unrestricted outreach.

The new lift is mounted on a 7.5 tonne Iveco chassis cab with out and down front outriggers that extend marginally outside of the trucks wing mirrors and vertical, straight down rear stabilizers.

The new GSR 290PX

Lift capacity is 220 kgs and the basket offers 140 degrees of rotation.

GSR claims that this new model significantly outperforms the similarly configured products from its Italian competitors.

The new 290PX follows on from the recently launched 228TJ truck mount, with straight telescopic boom plus jib, which also mounts on a 7.5 tonne truck.

The 228TJ features a 280 kg lift capacity and over 17 metres outreach. Skyking, the UK distributor for GSR, says that it has sold six of the first 228TJ’s to UK buyers.
