Through Somerset and on to John O'Groats

Trevor Chinn, Grant Rogers and dog Meg, of access company LTC specialist scaffold, past through Somerset this week reaching Bristol on Wednesday. Pressing on northwards through Gloucestershire towards Shropshire as they head for John O'Groats in Scotland.

At least one of the two has developed a nasty blister which they shared with us photographically. We will spare you the distress of seeing a manky foot here.

Having covered 181 miles in the first 10 days the two are now estimating that they might need a little more time to complete the charity walk than they had planned. In total they will cover 1,300 miles (2,100 km) in aid of cancer charities and a local hospice.
