New GM for Versalift UK

Versalift UK has promoted Andy Bray to general manager, reporting directly to Kim Bach Jensen, group managing director of Time Export. He will handle his new duties in addition to his current role as sales director.

Versalift UK has been led by managing director Cameron Burnett since September 2014, but he has now left the company.

Bray began his career in 1994 at Greenbrook Automations as production manager, 12 years later he joined Techman Engineering as commercial manager. He entered the access market in 2007 when he joined Ranger Equipment as commercial director. He joined Versalift UK at the start of 2011 as regional sales manager for the north, he left the company at the start of 2015, to join rental group AFI as business development director, but re-joined Versalift in March of that year as sales director.

Bray said: “It’s an exciting time at Versalift UK and I am looking forward to the challenge of continuing to grow an already robust business, here in the UK. The new group structure will provide strength through effective collaboration and open communication between our three European companies, together with our parent company, Time Manufacturing in Waco, Texas”.

Time/Versalift was acquired by private equity firm The Sterling Group in February, from long time owners O’Flaherty Holdings.
