Al Laith adds self propelled access rental

Al Laith scaffolding the sales and rental company based in Dubai has placed start up orders for a range of self propelled lifts, with heights of up to 35 metres, with the aim to enter the local rental market in early October.

The purchases include nearly 40 Skyjack scissor lifts, 30 Genie booms, 10 Snorkels straight booms, including the 66ft and the new 85ft models. The balance is split between UpRight AB38 and Nifty Lift HR15 Bi Energy units. All units have been ordered to CE specification, as part of its intended stress on safety.

Initially the company will concentrate on its immediate market in Dubai, moving into the other emirate states and then developing on a wider regional basis.

The company which founded and managed by Tony Nobbs in 1995 as a contract scaffolder has grown rapidly in recent years and is now by far the largest mast climbing rental company in the region and currently employs 550 people

In addition to its growing rental business, Al Laith has maintained a strong sales activity represents Zip-Up Aluminium Scaffold, UpRight powered access: HEK mast climbers, Sumner material lifts and pipe fit-up tools: Snorkel boom lifts, Nifty Lift booms and trailer lifts and Omme trailer lifts
