First 37m Palfinger in UK

UK rental company Spot Hire Services has purchased a 37 metre Palfinger P 370 KS truck mounted platform, the first in the UK.

The P 370 KS offers an outreach of up to 31.5 metres, but remains relatively compact with an overall stowed length of 8.35 metres. Platform capacity is 500kg, while other features include fully integrated automatic set up and levelling with an inboard jacking for single lane working.

Paul Helm of Spot Hire said: “Due to winning a new three year window cleaning contract in the north west, this is the ideal machine. It fits the bill for more than one reason.”

Based in Liverpool, north west England, Spot Hire has a fleet of truck mounted platforms and spider lifts.
