Hoogwerker Dagen opens today

The second Hoogwerker dagen opens at noon today in Harderwijk Holland; the entire Dutch access industry has turned out for the event which follows the principles laid down by the German Platformer Days.

A distant view of Hoogwerkerdagen this morning

This years event occupies twice the space of the initial event in 2004 with most, if not all, of the Dutch access fraternity turning out with a wide selection of machines, some of which you will never see anywhere else.

The area also includes a rough terrain area with the virtually bottomless ground conditions that prevail in much of Holland and Northern Germany. As the exhibitors prepared yesterday evening, Nifty and Aichi challenged each other to a rough terrain competition this morning.

This ground humbles most wheeled machines, so the challenge should prove interesting.

Hoogwerker dagen today

The show opens at noon and runs until 20:00 this evening with catering provided. And then from 10:00 tomorrow till 16:00.
