UpLift exits Access Link

As expected Uplift, now AFI-UpLift has left the Access Link, the UK association of independent access rental companies.

The “Link” is scheduled to meet later this month at the Tanfield group headquarters in Newcastle, when it is due to discuss the replacement for Uplift.

A statement released today said “The Access Link, would like to thank Uplift for the input they have given the Link over the years they have been a member, and wish them well with their recent merger”.

“The Access Link will continue, providing national coverage through its independent network of companies, offering the local personal service you would expect from a local supplier, while also offering its customer base a comprehensive national coverage”.

“Further announcements on the changing face of the Access Link will be issued after the meeting on the 28th September”.
