Lack of Harness takes another life

A 50 year-old man trimming trees in a residential area in Westside Florida, was thrown from the basket of the aerial lift he was using after a tree he was cutting, struck the lift.
The tree caused the machine to tilt over to the point that it catapulted him out of the basket to his death,

The man was ejected from this platform to his death

The platform came to rest without tipping over, a harness would almost certainly have saved his life.
