Airo moves into the USA

The Merlo distributor for the USA, Applied Machinery Sales (AMS) is to distribute aerial work platforms from Italian manufacturer Airo.

AMS, based in Rock Hill, South Carolina, has already registered the website AMS-Airo and says that it will offer the full Airo product range, including booms lifts, scissor lifts, mast booms, stock picker and spider lifts.

AMS has been importing and distributing Merlo telehandlers since 2012, trading as AMS-Merlo, and also distributes Ormig pick & carry cranes and Kegiom spider cranes under the plain AMS name.
