Demag for PP Engineering
UK rental company PP Engineering Crane Hire has taken delivery of a 100 tonne Demag AC 100-4L All Terrain crane, with a 45 tonne AC 45 City All Terrain crane on order.
The four axle AC 100-4L has a 59.4 metre main boom, plus a 10 to 19 metre bi-fold swingaway extension for a maximum tip height of 81.7 metres. It replaces an older AC 100-4L model in the company’s fleet and has already been involved on a night project where it replaced gantry signs on a motorway.
The AC 45 has a 31.2 metre main boom and can telescope loads of up to 19.7 tonnes. A 7.1 to 13 metre offsettable extension takes the maximum on board tip height to over 45 metres.
