55 tonne wedding car
When Paul Kavanagh and his bride Susan, exited St Michael’s church, Gorey, after their wedding ceremony, instead of getting into into a Rolls Royce or horse and carriage, the couple climbed into Kavanagh Crane Hire's brand new 55 tonne Liebherr LTM1055-3.1.

Kavanagh, the youngest of the three brothers who run Kavanagh Crane Hire, took the wheel and drove the couple down the main street of Gorey, County Wexford, to their reception. The short trip was accompanied by a fanfare of car and crane horns.
Gorey based Kavanagh Crane Hire is managed by brothers Pat, Paul and Aidan and operate a fleet of over 50 cranes of up to 500 tonne capacity, from three locations in Ireland.
