At a meeting of the company’s distributors on Thursday to re-launch the business after the sale of the powered access business to Tanfield earlier this year, he told delegates:
“While I am new to the business my philosophy simple, the customer is king, everything we will do will be based on that ethos – listening to what you and your customers want. I hope also that I am also sure that I will enjoy this business as I hope you do, after all if you don’t enjoy the business you should not be in the business”.
The company also took the opportunity to introduce a new financial controller, Liam Geraghty and a new district manager for Scandinavia, Leif Westergaard who joins UpRight from façade scaffold producer SGD Beira.
