Scissor lift win

UK rental company Hire Tools and Sales has taken delivery of three 10ft Youngman BoSS X3X low level scissor lifts, along with a prize from Vertikal Days.

The electric push around scissor lifts, delivered by Access Platform and Sales (APS), provide a working height of 5.2 metres and a platform capacity of 240kg, they were delivered along with a extra BoSS X3X, won by the company in a prize draw at Vertikal Days.

Hire Tools and Sales managing director Roy Gardner said: “We were delighted to have won, not just because the BoSS X3X is a great scissor, but because we had a rental customer who wanted one on the day we took delivery. We've been stocking BoSS X-Series scissor lifts for five to seven years now. They are among our most popular machines.”

APS managing director Steve Couling added: “It's great to hear that Roy and his team at Hire Tools and Sales are already putting their new BoSS X3X scissor lift to good use. These are high performing and very robust machines that deliver safe and productive service in equal measure when working at low height.”
