David ‘Dave’ Arthur Lillquist 1961-2019

We have received the sad news that Skyjack national account manager David ‘Dave’ Arthur Lillquist, 57, passed away in his sleep on June 8th.

He joined Skyjack five years ago, from Ritchie Brothers and spent more than 20 years in the aerial lift rental business with United Rentals, Hertz and Ziegler Cat Rental store.

He is survived by wife Amy, sons Magnus and Henrik, father Arthur, sister Karen and brother Keith.

Skyjack said: “Those who knew Dave know that he was an honest and jovial man who loved to make people smile. He was also a very dear friend and co-worker although, with Dave’s vibrant personality, working with him never did feel like a job. He was always professional, diligent, and above all honest and built relationships with colleagues and clients, which turned quite easily into friendships.”

A private family service will be held to celebrate his life at Malvick Lutheran church, with interment at Gurthrie Cemetery.
