Tadano India becomes Tadano Escorts India

Tadano India has ceased to exist and closed down in order to transfer its operations to the new joint venture See Tadano and Escorts agree JV Tadano Escorts in which it owns a 51 percent stake.

The new business, based in Faridabad, on the south side of New Delhi will produce Rough Terrain and truck cranes in India, with capacities of between 20 and 80 tonnes. The first models include what it calls a city crane – the 51 tonne CTI-500XL, along with the 22 tonne RT20, the 32 tonne RT30, 40 tonne RT40 and RT40(PX).
