New facility for Multitel UK

Multitel UK is opening a new facility in Luton, Bedfordshire, close to the M1 motorway.

The move follows the establishment of the company last year, which was set up to handle the sales and service of Multitel truck mounted and spider lifts in the UK following building on the work of Multitel veteran Melvyn Else and his business Access Industries - see: Multitel confirms UK company store

The facility includes 350 square metres of covered space, which includes a workshop equipped for different levels of maintenance activities, offices and training rooms. The new company currently has two permanent staff with sales manager Greg Moore, who covers both the UK and Ireland, and senior service technician Ian Thomson.

The new Multitel UK facility in Luton

The UK joins Italy, France and Germany in having a wholly-owned Multitel distribution subsidiary. The operation will offer the full product range which includes truck mounted platforms and spider lifts with 13 to 77.5 metre working heights.
