Possibly the first equipment exhibition since March, JDL bravely opened its doors yesterday and was well supported.
The French crane and access exhibition opens again today and closes on Friday afternoon. There is a vast range of interesting equipment on show and if you can it is well worth a visit.
Speaking at the opening yesterday show manager Frédérique Taraquois said: “We held on! we held on until the end, together to mount this 2020 edition of JDL decidedly like no other!”
“Thank you to all our exhibitors for staying with us, for struggling often until the last moment to be able to present their latest innovations, their latest models! Thank you to all our visitors for being there, for making the trip to this unique meeting of the profession! Thank you to our partners for supporting us during all these hectic last months! Thank you to the professional federations for accompanying us as usual! So, if this year, the smiles are hidden by the masks, the joy of meeting up is there! If hugs and greetings are done from a distance, good humour and friendliness are more essential than ever!”
“And above all, the know how, the inventiveness, the technicality, the listening of all these professionals who took up with us the bet on this edition of JDL going ahead! Come and meet the companies, professionals and enthusiasts of the lifting, work at height and heavy transport industries ... They will inevitably have the very solution you need!”
The following are just a few glimpses from the first day of the show.
