Nooteboom adds service partner

Dutch heavy transport trailer manufacturer Nooteboom has appointed crane and access sales company Hodel Betriebe as its service partner for Switzerland.

Located near Grosswangen, between Bern and Zürich, the company will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and spare parts supply for Nooteboom trailers throughout the country. Its facilities include a large yard and workshop with more than 1,500 square metres dedicated to metalworking and sandblasting/painting. It also has a 1,200 square metre repair and assembly area and 600 square metres of storage containing approximately 6,000 spare parts.

Established in 1979 as a vehicle repair workshop by Josef and Hildegard Hodel, the company now provides sales and service for a number of crane and aerial lift manufacturers including Effer and Ferrari loader cranes, Hoeflon spider cranes and CoMet truck and trailer mounts.
