JLG doubles telehandler revenue
Revenue from telescopic handlers at JLG has doubled for the first quarter of its new financial year
New figures from JLG show that revenue for sales of telescopic handlers has jumped to $27.6 million for the three months to October 31st. This is nearly double the comparable figure for last year when JLG managed $14.1 million in the same sector.

The rise in sales was attributed to “share gains from new products, particularly the all-wheel steer and European-design telehandler families”.
The rising sales helped to offset disappointing sales of work platforms where revenues were $91.3 million, 11 percent lower quarter-over-quarter, “primarily due to lower sales volumes affected by economic pressures in North America and in Europe, offset in part by stronger sales in other international regions”
