Fatal crane incident
A man died last week in the city of Aachen, Germany after he was trapped and crushed in a crane related incident.
The details of what actually happened are minimal, all we know is the man, 53, was working with the crane at the premises of a company in Jülicher Straße when he became trapped and incurred serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital, where he was declared dead a short time after arrival. The Office for Occupational Safety and Health is investigating the circumstances of the incident.
