New non-exec for Mills

Brazilian construction and rental company Mills Estruturas has appointed a new non-executive director following the resignation of Diego Stark.

His place on the board will be taken by Sebastián Villa, a partner in private equity firm Southern Cross Group. Villa is also a director of hotelDO, MMCinemas, Planigrupo, Javer, MorePharma, the Port of Barranquilla, Ultrapetrol, Solaris, Brinox and Topico. Prior to joining Southern Cross in 1999 he worked at Boston-based Three Cities Private Equity and Royal Dutch Shell.
