More CMCs for Affordable

UK rental company Affordable Access Hire has placed an order with CMC for several new spider lifts, including a 15 metre S15, 18 metre S18F, 22 metre S22HD, 23 metre S23 and the recently launched 30 metre S30 which, when it arrives, will be the first in the UK. The new deliveries will double Affordable's CMC spider lift rental fleet, taking it to 10 units.

Based in Romsey Hampshire, Affordable has had a long standing relationship with CMC, but only began taking its current models a few years ago. It now runs 15, 22, 23 and 25 metre units, alongside 3.5 tonne CTE truck mounted lifts. Much of the company’s work is with the tree care sector, where it says the new CMC machines have performed well and been appreciated for their ease of use.

Operations manager Lewis Whitfield said: “Due to the quality and reliability of the CMC machines and the after sales service provided by CMC UK, we have decided to double the size of our CMC hire fleet.
