Haulotte unveils hydrogen scissor

Haulotte exhibited a prototype of the hydrogen fuel cell system that it is developing in partnership with Bouygues Energies & Services at the recent Hyvolution exhibition and Summit in Paris.

The public display of the concept comes almost nine months after the two companies announced their partnership, in which Bouygues is testing and evaluating such machines on its job sites. See: Haulotte to test hydrogen power.

The hydrogen range extender version of the Haulotte HS18 Pro at Hyvolution

The unit on display was an all-electric Pulseo HS 18 Pro full size Rough Terrain scissor lift, equipped with a prototype of the removable and interchangeable Range Extender generator, operating with a Bouygues Hyvision hydrogen fuel cell system.
