Italian spider lift manufacturer Easy Lift has appointed Ahern Ibérica as its distributor for Spain and Portugal.
Ahern Ibérica, is based in Madrid and was set up in 2019 as a subsidiary of US based Ahern group which also owns Snorkel and telehandler manufacturer Xtreme Manufacturing. It boasts a well stocked spare parts warehouse, its own fully trained technicians, along with a network of regional authorised service engineers and workshops.
General manager Enrique García confirmed the partnership with Easy Lift following a visit to the factory, during which he ordered two 18 metre R180 spider lifts which will be delivered later this month.

The R180 has a maximum working height of 17.6 metres and an outreach of 8.5 metres at an up and over height of 5.3 metres. The unit is the bestselling model in the Easy Lift range and is available with petrol or diesel engine with electric motor or lithium battery power. The first Ahern machines were specified with petrol engines, remote controls and auto self-levelling outriggers.
