New Service manager for JLG Australia
JLG Australia has promoted David Single to the post of national service manager, the appointment is one of the first announced by Andrew Satterley, who recently joined JLG as general manager for Australia and New Zealand.
Single has over 30 years experience in equipment service and 26 years specific to access equipment, including playing an active role in the revision of EWP aerial lift standards and the development of new Telehandler Standards for Australia.

“My role is to build a Total Customer Support Team with the assistance of our service managers, service technicians, parts specialists and support staff,” he said.
“Our customers already have the best available access equipment technology. Now we are putting in place strategies to deliver industry leading service support.”
Satterley said “David Single’s appointment and the many other measures we are putting in place indicate the importance which JLG attaches to customer support,” “Our customers are using the best equipment available and we intend to support it with a standard of parts and service provision which will make JLG the natural choice for access equipment.”
