Mammoet has appointed Jonas Bartzschke as branch manager at its depot in Leuna, to the west of Leipzig and south of Halle, in eastern Germany.
An industrial engineer by training, Bartzschke has spent his entire career with Mammoet, joining the company in the summer of 2016, as a technical sales officer. The Leuna branch is one of three in the region, with a crane rental depot in Leipzig and another branch in Nünchritz to the east of Leipzig.

Bartzschke said: “I’m really looking forward to my new job. My goal is to further develop the branch and the team so that we continue to be the first choice for our customers for safe and efficient heavy duty solutions in the future. And our door is always open to new customers too.”

Mammoet Deutschland is based in Leuna, and operates a further six locations, all of them in the northern half of the country. It offers the group's full range of services including heavy lift and Rigging, crane rental and heavy haulage.
