Italian rental company Mollo Noleggio has acquired aerial lift and general rental company Tecnostrutture.
Based in Fombio north of Piacenza, towards Lodi, Tecnostrutture offers a wide range of equipment including aerial work platforms – booms, scissor lifts and truck mounts, telehandlers – fixed frame and 360 degree, generators, and construction equipment, in addition to sales, operator training and light construction. The transaction was finalised on February 29th and announced earlier today. It takes the Mollo Noleggio branch network to 57 locations.

Mollo group president Mauro Mollo said: “This acquisition further strengthens our presence in the province of Lodi, where we already have branches in Codogno and Lodi. We want to continue growing by acquiring specialised rental companies deeply rooted in their territory.
