Rental software supplier Point of Rental has appointed Brooke Ryan as vice president global support services.
The promotion comes after she has led a number of new initiatives to improve users’ experience with the company’s software.
She joined the company just over a year ago as director of customer support, following six years with Quorum Software in Houston where she was director of customer success.
She began her career in 2012, as a client services manager with WellEz, the Houston based Oil & gas reporting software supplier and online database. And moved to Quorum after it acquired WellEz in 2017.

Chief executive Wayne Harris said: “Brooke has initiated a number of changes internally and externally that have allowed our team to connect faster and more efficiently with our customers. These changes have increased customer satisfaction scores tremendously, and I look forward to seeing how her leadership continues to impact the whole of Point of Rental, including our customers.”
“She has also brought in - and backed - experts from throughout the industry to the support infrastructure, increasing the depth of rental knowledge within the team. Alongside improvements to the company’s phone, email, and chat support systems, cases are being resolved more quickly and Point of Rental’s customer satisfaction scores are at their highest recorded level.”
