Italian truck mount and spider lift manufacturer Multitel has appointed Alan Faithorn as a second sales manager for Multitel UK, and joining sales manager Greg Moore, effectively doubling the company's sales representation in the UK. Both men will report directly to international sales and marketing director Roberto Marangoni.

Faithorn joins the company from Sunbelt Rentals where he has worked for the past seven years with a six month break with the Gap group in 2023. He began his career in 2006 with access rental company Mr Plant Hire moving to the agricultural rental market in 2011, moving to Nationwide platforms the following year. Followed by a year or so with Toucan and then PG Platforms, starting with Sunbelt in 2017.
In the past week or two he has spent time at Multitel’s plant in Manta (Cuneo) commenting on the visit he said: “Visiting the plants I saw a lot of passion and care in the work. Two aspects of Multitel Pagliero that I will share with customers."
Roberto Marangoni added: “I am convinced that the arrival of a professional like Alan flanked by the experience of Greg Moore, will allow us to seize all the opportunities of the UK market, in which Multitel Pagliero continues to invest in line with our strategic plan. After sales service will also continue to be strengthened, to ensure that all customers are supported in accordance with our ‘Made in Multitel philosophy'."
