Aerial lift and crane manufacturer Terex has announced that the appointment of Jennifer Kong-Picarello as chief financial officer.
She will succeed current CFO Julie Beck in February, when she will also join the Terex Executive Leadership Team. Kong-Picarello will officially join the company on February 3rd and assume her new role later that month when Beck will stand down, she will stay on though and assist with a transition period into April.
Kong-Picarello is currently chief financial officer for Schneider Electric Energy Management, having joined the business in 2022. She started out in 2000 when she joined Deloitte & Touche in Singapore, as a senior auditor, moving after four years for an internal auditor’s job with Tyco Singapore. She moved then through several promotions to become senior compliance and controls manager at Tyco Flow Control in New Jersey. In 2011, she left for Pentair, a company in a similar line of business, where she was financial planning and analysis manager in Texas. In late 2013 she joined Honeywell and moved back to Singapore, returning to Texas with the company as CFO of its automation and process solutions business and then a similar role with its safety and productivity business in Ohio, before moving to Tennessee with Schneider in early 2022.
