New MD for Contract Plant

UK based Contract Plant has appointed James Bickerton as managing director.

Bickerton joins the Ballyvesey Holdings owned Contract Plant from sister company TDL equipment where he was business development director.

James Bickerton

He began his career in 2009 as a sales executive with food packaging company G Mondini, and was later a marketing executive. In 2012 he moved JCB as a technical sales and marketing graduate and after a couple of promotions - UK /Ireland territory manager for compact equipment, leaving after six years with the company for TDL Equipment.

Contract Plant was formed late last year when Ballyvesey Holdings announced the merger of three of its UK operations - GB Plant/Contract Plant Rental, Norwest Plant and Genesis Equipment Sales into a combined operation under the Contract Plant name. See: Ballyvesey to merge UK operations.
