34t Multisec beam for Durham

UK based Durham lifting has taken delivery of a 34 tonne Multisec Multi-point heavy lift beam.

The Multi-Point 34T features a capacity of 34 tonnes and a 10.5 metre span. it maintains full load capacity at sling to vertical angles of 30 and 45 degrees and features ISO1328 compliant forklift pockets, while spacing on the beam aids in even load distribution and efficiency.

Wan Djawad, technical director at Durham lifting said: “We understand the challenges our clients face when it comes to lifting heavy, complex loads. The Multi-Point 34T beam is built to handle demanding conditions while offering the flexibility required for different lifting configurations. Whether it’s lifting large, irregular loads or ensuring weight is evenly distributed across multiple points.”

Established in 1996, Durham Lifting - which was transferred to second generation owners last year - specialises in the manufacture of offshore handling equipment, along with modular spreader beams from 13 to 600 tonnes.
