Dica adds larger LevelRight mats

US based outrigger mat and ground protection system manufacturer Dica has introduced larger versions of its LevelRight wedge outrigger mats.

Rental company Barnhart uses a LevelRight mat

The LevelRight range now includes four sizes, 12, 24, 30 and 35 inch/ 300mm, 600mm, 760mm and 900mm diameter mats, capable of supporting loads of up to 159 tonnes. The mats can be adjusted to cope with slopes of up to 10 degrees in multiple planes and feature the company's ‘SafetyTech’ material along with ‘SafetyTexturing’ for enhanced grip. Each two part mat also incorporates a built-in bubble level for simpler more accurate adjustment.

The LevelRight mats can be used with Dica's cribbing blocks - not sure about that top one though

The mats can also be used as a base for Dica's ProStack Cribbing Blocks when additional height is required while maintaining a level set up on a slope.

Chief executive Kris Koberg said: “An out of level setup not only increases the risk of tipping but also leads to operational inefficiencies and accelerated equipment wear. The expanded LevelRight lineup provides crane operations with a fast and reliable solution to stabilise outriggers on uneven terrain eliminating the need for time-consuming site modifications like digging, wedging, or shovelling.”
