First Sany AT for Sutch

UK based John Sutch Cranes has taken delivery of a 60 tonne Sany SAC600E All Terrain crane, the company's first Sany crane.

The three axle crane has a six section 50 metre pinned main boom to which a 16 metre bi-fold swingaway extension can be added for a maximum tip height of around 69 metres, while offering up to 40 degrees of offset. It is rated at three metres and can manage 6.4 tonnes on the fully extended boom at a radius of up to 13 metres.

John Sutch managing director desigante Hayley Sutch said: "This investment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to offering clients the safest, most efficient, and technologically advanced equipment available in the market. The SAC600E fits perfectly with our future facing strategy and reflects the standards our customers expect."

Sales director Paul Parry is travelling to China this week to visit Sany's manufacturing facilities and receive technical training on the new unit.

He added: "This isn't just about adding a crane to the fleet. For us it's about understanding the innovation behind the machine and more about what it can actually do and learning about a relatively new brand to the market. My visit to China will allow us to bring back vital knowledge to ensure our operators and customers benefit from every aspect of this crane's abilities."

Established in 1990, family run John Sutch Cranes is based in Liverpool with a second location in Manchester. The company employs 86 and runs a fleet 35 of All Terrain cranes, truck cranes and self-erecting mobile tower cranes with the largest in the fleet being a 450 tonne Liebherr.
