Imer after sales specialist

Italian access platform manufacturer Imer has appointed Reinhard Sebulke as after-sales specialist for its access division in Germany.

Sebulke will take on the role of dedicated first responder and technical contact, as well as responsibility for the Imer access service centre in Northern Germany.

He began his career in the early 1980s as a service technician for Grove, moving to a similar role at Snorkel in 1989, he then became service and training manager before leaving in 1999 for Genie Germany where he carried outr a similar role. In 2012, he left Genie and set up on his own providing training and service support, particularly for rental companies, including System Lift, Gardemann, Zeppelin and Partnerlift. He is also a freelance auditor for IPAF.

Imer business development manager Bernhard Kahn said: "Sebulke is always reliable. In our 12 year collaboration at Genie, as well as in his later self employment, we have always worked successfully together. His motto is: 'Sales sell first, service sells the rest!'"

Access division director Matteo Iori, added: "We are extremely happy to be able to collaborate with Reinhard Sebulke, such an experienced specialist. His expertise will help us better meet the expectations of our customers."

Founded in 1962, the Imer group operates five production facilities - four in Italy and one in Turkey - and employs more than 700 people across its four divisions: Equipment, Access, Concrete and Kato Imer earthmoving equipment.
