As referred to previously, Manitou has announced a new executive committee, based on three geographic zones, supported by global and corporate functions. It takes efect in January, the start of the new fiscal and calendar year.
The new committee or team will be responsible for meeting the financial and non-financial objectives as well as transforming the business in order to adapt to changing conditions
Each of the three geographic zones will be managed by a regional president , allowing decisions to be made closer to the market and customer base.
Jean Rouault, a 30 year Manitou veteran, currently vice president sales for North and East Europe is president for Europe.
Steve Ryder has been with the company since 2018 as vice president for the Middle East and Africa, and vice-President of the backhoe loader product unit, will be president, of South and Central America, Asia Pacific, the
Middle East, Africa, and Oceania.

The other members will include:
Maurizio Achilli becomes chief procurement officer. He has also been with Manitou since 2018 and is currently vice president of sourcing.
Elisabeth Auditor, joined Manitou 20 years ago and is currently president of the Products Division will become chief innovative business & technologies officer.
Corinne Le Guyader a 30 year Manitou veteran and currently ERP project and process re-engineering director will become chief commercial excellence & service officer.
Pierre Paineau is relatively new, having joined the company five years ago as vice president of the Telehandler Product Unit. He will be chief manufacturing & industrial officer.
Finally, the three current Executive Committee members continue in their current roles:
Chief executive Michel Denis, who plans to stand down next June said: "The success of the LIFT strategic plan rests on a world class leadership team. The composition of our new Executive Committee reflects the wealth of talent within the group. With this new leadership team, we possess all the necessary expertise to ac eve the objectives of our new roadmap."
