Second 90m Ruthmann for Clearview

UK rental company Clearview Services has taken delivery of its second 90 metre Ruthmann T 900 HF truck mounted lift, having taken delivery of one of the first to arrive in the country in 2020.

The new T 900 HF comes six years after the delivery of the first, and is mounted on a five axle Scania XT chassis with an outreach of 42 metres and an unrestricted platform capacity of 350kg, while 39 metres of outreach is possible with the maximum platform capacity of 600kg. It also features Ruthmann’s ‘High-Flex’ jib with 220 degrees of articulation and 440 degrees of platform rotation, and its DRS system, which calculates the working envelope based on actual outrigger set up and wind speeds.

Clearview managing director Jonathan Hawksworth said: “We are incredibly proud to be the first access company in the UK to introduce the Ruthmann T 900 HF into its fleet. Now we’re doing it all over again - our original T900 has been a flagship machine within our fleet, delivering some exceptional high level access projects across the UK, but continued investment means continued progression - and our brand-new T 900 HF is now coming through production, once again in our Clearview green.”

Based in Leeds, Clearview Services offers a range of facilities, property maintenance and cleaning services throughout the UK as well as a traffic management service. Its access fleet includes truck mounted lifts from 21 to 104 metres.
