Mammoet 1,200 tonner spotted in Cumbria

Mammoet's Dutch-operated Liebherr LTM 11200-9.1 - the world's largest telescopic crane - was spotted in Cumbria last Tuesday.

The crane is working at the Calder Hall decommissioning site



The crane arrived in the UK with the standard 50 metre boom but Mammoet UK added an additional 50 metres at its facilities.
With a lift capacity of 1,200 tonnes, the crane was brought in specifically to carry out a job and was eventually rigged with 65
metre of main boom and 202 tonne of ballast.
