Spot the man and a new application

Pressure washing house roofs, not one that we had heard of before, the equipment? A ladder, a pressure washer and clearly some boots that he is confident will still to a wet roof like spiders feet.

There he goes - check out those shoes

The company it turns out is a slick franchise operation called Aquashield which offers to pressure wash your roof, repair all the broken tiles and cracks that they find and then give it two water repleant coats of an acrylic paint, sealing and protecting your roof for up to 10 years.

After first post this morning several readers pointed out that the man does in fact have a harness on which is attached to a rope, tied to the chimney. Only thing is that the rope is apparently nine or 10 metres long and he would most likely hit the ground well before the rope broke his fall.

Our contributor says that the whole operation looked so dangerous that he felt obliged to stop what he was doing in order to go and warn the man of the potential danger he was in.
