Vertikal Comment
Earlier this year it was agreed that Peter Hird Jnr would formally drop any executive involvement in Peter Hird and Sons the Hull based crane and access rental company.
At the same time Peter Hird senior resigned his directorship in Valla UK.
With the two businesses now operating as entirely separate businesses Hird Jnr and his team are focusing all their energies on building up the Valla UK compact crane operation and the service and support businesses that surround it.
Valla UK moved into separate premises from Peter Hird in 2007 making the total separation of the two companies relatively simple.
