Tadano confirms Knecht appointment

Tadano has confirmed that Alexander Knecht, will officially join the company tomorrow, succeeding Masaharu Nakanishi as president and chief executive of the Tadano Faun Group. As we have already reported he will also join the board of Tadano, Japan as director/ executive officer.

Tadano president Koichi Tadano (R) welcomes Alexander Knecht

Knecht will be joined by Minoru Sakuta as vice president Faun GmbH who returns to the German business after seven years in Japan.
Another recent appointment to the board of Tadano Faun is Satoru Oyashiki who was heavily involved in the acquisition of Faun in the early 1990’s, He becomes president of Tadano Faun GmbH, the sales, marketing and service organisation. Oyashiki replaces Shinichi Iimura, who returned to Tadano Japan as director in charge of overseas sales operations.
