A Death Wish photo taken in Germany yesterday, - our 63rd - is hard to work out why the operator/user is doing what he is. One wonders why he doesn’t just raise the platform rather than standing on the guardrails?

One wonders why this man felt that standing on the guardrails was the best way to go?

A short study of the photo suggests that there is no reason why he cannot raise the platform…..Unless…. the unit had locked out due to it being off level?
