Management changes at Toyota USA
Toyota Material Handling, U.S.A, which also distributes Aichi aerial lifts in the USA, has announced several management changes.
Mark Steenrod, a Toyota employee since 1984, has been promoted to the position of national dealer development manager. He was previously sales support manager. In his new role he will be responsible for dealer network development, market representation and dealer financial reporting.
Jewell Brown has been appointed as national fleet sales & operations manager, an employee since 1997 she will be responsible for the overall development of Toyota’s fleet management programme. Brown’s previous jobs have included parts dealer support supervisor and manager of customer satisfaction.
Payman Shabbak has also been promoted to national strategic planning and pricing manager, where he will oversee Toyota's pricing structure, incentives, long-term and short-term planning, strategic initiatives and communication with the Industrial Truck Association, where he serves on the statistics subcommittee. He has been with Toyota for six years.
Toyota Material Handling US president, Brett Wood said: "The leadership of our managers is especially important now as we navigate the evolving material handling landscape. We are proud to recognise the drive of these exceptional associates and their contributions to Toyota".
