New appointments at Instant
Instant UpRight, the alloy tower and specialist access solutions manufacturer has announced three new sales appointments.
Ian Simpson joins the company as boiler access development manager, with the task to improve the company’s presence in the European power station access market.

Ian Simpson
Simpson, who is based in Gloucestershire, England, has spent 35 years in the power, Petrochemical, Incineration, Combustion, and Environmental Industries, working with IT Corporation, Babcock & Wilcox, Research Cottrell, Koch Industries, Carillion, Stock Redler and Schenck & Jacobs Engineering.
His various roles have ranged from technical product development to sales and new business development and general management.
At the same time Instant’s Irish based district manager, Joe Oxley, will move to Dubai to help develop the Middle East market, for the company. Oxley joined the company in March 2007 as a manufacturing engineer, moving to key account manager for Ireland a few months later.

In his new role as district manager Middle East, he will work with the company’s existing dealers to develop the market further for both the
Instant towers and other access products.
Gerry Dunne, a 39 year Instant/UpRight veteran takes over as key account manager for Ireland, providing support to Irish dealers and customers. He will be responsible for maintaining and developing
the Irish market for the complete range of Instant products.
