BMW said that the electric powered G20’s compact size made it the best machine for the job, due to the confined working areas on the production line.
The two tonne pedestrian controlled crane which competes head to head with the Valla and Jekko models was first shown in October at SAIE in Bologna. And has been sold and delivered by the Galizia distributor for the UK GGR, the company also provided full training for the staff using the new crane.
GGR’S chief executive Graeme Riley said: “It’s a pleasure to provide our services to such a high profile brand as BMW. Once again, GGR’s lifting solutions have proved to be the most effective and most suitable for the job.”
