LTECH opens fifth location

Russian based access and telehandler rental company LTECH, has opened its fifth location in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan has major natural resources including oil, natural gas and gypsum. The city of Kazan will also be the host city for the 2013 Summer Universiade, for which several large projects are planned, including a Water sports palace, Tennis academy and 30 hectare athletes’ village.
